If you're planning a vacation to Naples, Florida, and aren't sure where to start with the food scene, look no further. Naples offers a variety of sophisticated downtown dining experiences as well as more romantic options on the beach. Below is a list of the best upscale restaurants in town! Whether you are looking for traditional food or something different and exciting, these spots will make your trip even better. So go ahead - indulge yourself and enjoy all that Naples has to offer. Bon Appetit!
For the ultimate gastronomic experience, look no further than Sails - Naples' top seafood destination. The classy interior transports you to a Mediterranean oasis, with a sail-shaped white marble bar, candlelit tables adorned with white tablecloths, and an eye-catching seafood display next to the open kitchen. Here's my recommendation for making the most of your dining experience: start with some wood-grilled octopus; then try their Wagyu tenderloin for your main; finish with a delectable Valrhona chocolate souffle. If you're looking for a high-end brunch experience, come to their weekend champagne Brunch. Their expansive menu is overflowing with many fantastic options that are all unlimited. Make sure to save room for seconds (or thirds!) because each and every dish is truly delicious.
Nosh is an impressive addition to the upscale fine-dining scene in Naples. The waterfront location at the Naples Bay Resort is unbeatable, and customers can even access Nosh by boat. Additionally, their open-kitchen concept allows patrons to view the chefs in action as they prepare delicious small plates and signature cocktails with explosive flavors. Just as noteworthy, however, is Nosh's hospitality – it stands out among other restaurants for its warm and inviting atmosphere alone and deserves recognition from Michelin stars!
Del Mar is a stylish new eatery on 5th avenue in Naples. The two-story restaurant provides high-class indoor and outdoor dining experiences, with tasteful decor and wonderful service staff. Their menu boasts delicious Mediterranean coastal cuisine – the Lamb Rack Tagine is an especially flavorful offering. Del Mar also features weekend brunch and weekday happy hour from 4PM - 6 PM EST. I would highly recommend giving it a try!
For an unparalleled beachside dining experience, the Turtle Club located on the Gulf of Mexico is a must-visit restaurant! Indulge in delectable dishes such as their famous oyster turtlefeller, scrumptious coconut fried shrimp, or succulent roasted lobster tail and petite fillet. With its stunning Gulf views and laidback atmosphere, it's no surprise that Turtle Club has undoubtedly become a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Sadly, due to Hurricane Ian, Turtle Club is temporarily closed for renovations until fall 2023. Nevertheless, this remarkable destination remains highly recommended for when it reopens!
Baleen at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort is expected to resume operations in the fall of 2023 following recent renovations due to Hurricane Ian. Situated on the sandy beach, this premier restaurant provides an unparalleled experience; boasting elegant indoor seating, an inviting outdoor terrace offering sunset vistas and firepits that overlook a tranquil shoreline. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a relaxed brunch, Baleen's breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico make it one of the most sought-after spots in Naples.
At Bha! Bha!, you'll get a truly authentic Persian experience. This chic bistro, located on 5th Avenue, is renowned for its mouth-watering dishes and exotic flavors. Savory braised meats, dried fruits, and spices come together in a culinary harmony that will take your taste buds on an extraordinary journey. Specialties range from spicy Tabrizi apricot chicken to their signature Persian-style seafood paella - all delivered with the namesake flavor of "Yum Yum" (or "Bha! Bha!"). Since opening in 1997, regulars have regularly voted it one of Naples' best restaurants. Come see why today!
My husband and I are big fans of Peruvian cuisine, particularly since he's Peruvian himself. Whenever we get a chance, we love to explore different restaurants that specialize in this type of food. In our opinion, Lima is one of the best when it comes to food quality, customer service, and atmosphere. The seafood was especially fresh with their ceviche as a highlight and the Lomo Saltado was truly authentic - simply delicious!
The French is a timeless Parisian eatery featuring both an indoor space and an outdoor courtyard with a marvelous tree and hundreds of shimmering fairy lights. To begin, guests can indulge in exceptional foie gras Brasserie, followed by a wood-grilled prime New York strip steak. For dessert, the delicate Creme Brulee is sure to delight!
